Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 depending on experience
Location: Minneapolis Terminal
Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM or 10 AM – 7 PM

Are you passionate about promoting safety and ensuring smooth operations? We're looking for a dedicated Safety Supervisor to join our team! In this vital role, you'll help maintain a secure environment for our drivers, passengers, and staff.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct driver safety training and post-accident retraining

• Perform driver evaluations, road checks, and vehicle inspections

• Investigate incidents, review video footage, and ensure proper documentation

• Maintain safety compliance for vehicles and equipment

• Manage driver records, ensuring DOT compliance and timely renewals

• Promote a strong safety culture through proactive communication

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience in transportation safety, driver training, or related fields

• Familiarity with DOT regulations and accident investigation procedures

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to communicate effectively and lead training sessions

• CDL with Passenger and School Bus Endorsements preferred
