Join Our Team as a School Bus Driver Trainer!
Hourly Pay: $25–$31, based on experience

Are you passionate about safety, training, and helping others succeed? Metropolitan Transportation Network (MTN) is looking for an experienced and engaging Trainer to support the development of our dedicated team of school bus drivers.

In this role, you’ll lead the training of new and current drivers on safe driving practices, student management, and regulatory compliance. You’ll work closely with both new recruits and seasoned drivers, preparing candidates for the Minnesota Vehicle Road Test and reinforcing best practices for transporting all students—including those with special needs.

From coordinating training sessions and conducting annual evaluations to delivering post-incident retraining, you’ll be a key player in building a safe, supportive, and professional driver workforce. We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

What You’ll Need:

• 2+ years of school bus driving experience

• 1+ year of training experience

• Valid MN Class B CDL with passenger & school bus endorsements

• Knowledge of MS Office and transportation regulations
